Lifeline Companion Services, Inc. provides in-home assistance and personal care to mature adults choosing to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible. We differentiate our company from competitors in many ways. Our number one priority is the high level of service we provide. Each assignment is unique and is managed according to the specific needs of both the client and the family. We use a 'village' approach to care and collaborate with a wide range of eldercare professionals including Geriatric Specialists, Community Outreach Organizations and Eldercare Advocates. We are committed to excellence in service, reliability, responsibility and care.
Specialized Services and Programs
- Home Safety Inspection and Fall Prevention Specialists: Falling is one of the greatest fears among seniors. 70% of accidental deaths in people over 75 years of age are caused by falls. Our team of specialists assess, educate, and correct potential hazards to ensure safety in the home and will recommend additional safety systems if required.
- Advanced Education and Training Program: Our personal attendants have a minimum of 3 years experience caring for seniors. Many are CNAs , Home Health Aides, and Medical Assistants. Lifeline offers employees continuing education and skills advancement through a program designed for Lifeline care staff that addresses a wide range of topics including communication, understanding aging, emergency preparation, personal care, disability issues, mental health and illness, and nutritional needs of clients.
- Lifeline Personal Emergency Response System Adviser: Lifeline Companion Services, Inc. is aligned with The American Red Cross Lifeline Personal Response and Support Services and has priority accessibility for installation and maintenance.
- Community Outreach Advisers & Referral Services: Assisted Living Facilities, Board & Care Homes, Hospice, Home Health Services, Durable Medical Equipment Suppliers, Gerontology Specialists, The Alzheimer's Association, The American Heart Association, Parkinson's Association, One Generation, Leeza's Place, Elder Law Specialists and Case Management.
